HBL's experienced team serves the unique needs of nonprofit organizations in a variety of ways. We perform compilations, reviews, and audits, including single audits for organizations required to follow OMB Circular A-133. We will also prepare annual information returns—Form 990, 990-EZ, and 990-T, where applicable.

When HBL is not performing audit or review services, our expert staff can provide accounting assistance for more accurate expense allocation and year-end filing. This assistance results in proper reporting of program, administrative, and fundraising expenses, while allowing nonprofit members and volunteers the time to devote to the organizations’ primary function. Since nonprofit organization information returns are available to the public, HBL's goal is to help with the complexities of the reporting requirements, allowing the nonprofit organizations to present themselves in the best light possible so they may continue to receive funding.
